Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to achieve financial objectives (a) unit target (b) GP amount
  • Development of channel strategies and programs both short term & long term focus aligned to company business direction, objective & strategies
  • Management of GP by product & channel mix, GTN, and pricing. More volume initiatives by new customer development, new product successful launching and price & volume management
  • Creating/Providing customer value proposition to customers by executing business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing program, and claim to handle with consumers.  Work with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practice and integrate within key customer plans
  • Sales territory: West area of Kyeongkido & Gangwondo and it can be changed by company’s internal requirement


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree’s any field but preferred Marketing or any business-related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the tire/automotive/petroleum industry
  • Background on key account management
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Can communicate using the English language (verbal and written)
