Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to achieve financial objectives (a) unit target (b) GP amount
- Development of channel strategies and programs, both short-term & long-term focus, aligned to the company's business direction, objectives & strategies
- Management of GP by product & channel mix, GTN, and pricing. More volume initiatives by new customer development, new product successful launching, and price & volume management
- Creating/Providing customer value proposition to customers by executing business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing program, and claim handling with consumers. Work with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practices and integrate within key customer plans.
- Activities include planning, reporting, sales objective setting and reporting, sales program implementation and territory mapping.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement working closely with sales team prioritizing opportunities; Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for Operational Excellence.
- Manage daily & weekly analysis on sales unit, price & margin, and implement an efficient information flow among Marketing, SC and Finance.
Job Requirements:
- Marketing or business related Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the tire industry
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Knowledge of the tire industry and understanding of channel , market & consumer needs
