Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize Supply Chain Cost to serve - Transportation & Warehousing Cost. Work with all stakeholders in developing a robust warehousing & transportation process, performance management system. Lead & Drive Net Cost out, Cost to Serve, inbound and outbound Transportation & Warehousing initiatives as well as and Zero Loss initiatives for the country
• Developing a cost-effective distribution resource planning business process that enables deploying inventory to various stock locations, customers, and achieve the goal of customer satisfaction - Requested Delivery date and First Confirmation Delivery date. Need to be compliant with the company's revenue recognition policy and demonstrate compliance from a legal perspective. Drives Systems and Process Improvements relating to the Plant Supply Chain
• Responsible for the overall management of Plant Warehouse and Distribution Centres. Accountable for safety, tire hygiene, cleanliness. Accountable for establishing a process around FIFO, Inventory accuracy. Ensure appropriate stock management policies, complying with accounting and financial rules
• Integrate Demand, Supply, Customer Service &  Execution to ensure that the EBIT, Share of the market, and other operating drivers of the company are protected within a horizon of 4 to 8 weeks. Integrate Warehousing & Distribution into the country's monthly  Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Work with SC Director and Procurement Head on contract mgmt of transportation & 3PL contracts. Aside from finalizing the contract, the individual is the front liner to manage the overall Export and Domestic Transportation Operation - in conjunction of inter-departmental alignment with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Export Operation; and maintaining very robust cost control in the transportation area
• Represent SC with the GY Leadership Team, covering the end to end supply chain scope. Integrate with ASEAN SC team to drive issue resolution and improvements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus
• Certification/s: APICS/CPIM, SAP module(s) certification(s), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with end to end supply chain function (Demand, Supply, and Execution, customer service) and at least 4-5 years of proven track record in load planning, network optimization, and leading Logistics & Warehouse function for manufacturing/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Auto spare parts organization of repute
• Knowledge in EXIM policies and Supply Chain Module of SAP (S&D module, APO DP, WMs, TMs )
• Understanding of End to End Strategic View - Logistics trade, Warehouse practices, Inventory (both FG and RM) planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with contract management ( T & W ) will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Customer Collaboration, Replenishment Planning, and Joint business planning will be preferred
• Geographical Mobility will be preferred
