Commercial Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategies / Principle Execution 

  • Developing and executing strategy for retail and fleet sales channel for commercial tires by providing solutions, value-added services

  • Follow the direct business framework regarding  customer development and management, including customer definition, new business   pitches,  tender management, contract management, sales data visibility

Managing Pipeline & New Business Development 

  • Develop and manage the fleet business by developing a strong fleet pipeline, using fleet tools to drive a better win ratio

  • Fleet account management using tire management principles and CPK (Cost per Kim)               

Sales Operations 

  •   Collect market data (market trend, competitive information) in order to plan, organize and prepare key account plans
  • Manage sales operation, sell through & inventory management for distributors & expand channels to drive higher volume.
  • Demand planning

People Management 

  • Coordinating & leading fleet engineers on the new fleet acquisition and tire performance satisfaction            

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business and or equivalent degree
  • At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in business management including team, revenue, and margin management
  • Ability to manage multiple channels with clearly defined value propositions
  • Track record in fleet business and the ability to build the fleet capability in Goodyear MY
  • Forecasting & demand planning capability
  • Strong leadership skills. Can inspire and guide the team to find business opportunities & solutions
  • Strong ability to motivate the team to hit the challenging goals
  • Ability to handle tough situations creatively and deliver results
  • Excellent presentation skills to concisely present the market trend/competition/our strategy to senior leaders
  • Effective cross-functional communication with other departments (supply chain/Finance/HR)
