Furthermore, through their role as a leadership team member of their respective business unit, the HRD leverages COEs and the SSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle.  In summary, the HRD acts as a strategic partner, associate champion and change agent.

This position is accountable for labor relations, contract negotiations, all training and development activities, management development and succession planning, hygiene, medical and welfare and total compensation & benefits.
