HRBP and Training Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize and schedule the activities to support the Manufacturing HR Manager in Plant for Internal and external communication through news letter and any sort of communiation tools and assist the hiring and terminations, employee training and development, organization development,  employee relation, etc according to established policies and procedures and the supervisor's guidance.
  •  Approach and Reviews, updates and maintains HR handbook, performance appraisal form and support training schedules.
  • Assists updating the organization chart.
  •  Assists to reviews compensation and benefits up to junior designer level.
  •  May need to draft agreement/contract to overseas and local freelancers. 
  • Company representative in dealing with Local Authority such and Immigration and Malaysian Customs for foreign labor release and approval. 
  • Lead for Continuous Skill Development (CSD) to support Plant Optimization (PO) implementation in Plant. 
  • Support in CBA negotiation through facilitate in meeting arrangement, logistic and communication once close.
  • Support the development of HPT team through empowerment, coaching and training allocation.  
  • Responsible for canteen management and HRDF management.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations. Master Degree will be preferred
  • Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration.
  • At least 5 years or more than relevant experience in manufacturing
  • Proficient in HR matter (training, industrial relations and employee relations) 
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
  • Pro in massive communications (written and verbal communications ) 
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
  • Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
