Job Responsibilities: 

  • Explore and Develop business with existing and new OE accounts to ensure business sustainability/growth by securing targeted business in line with company target                                                
  • Manage all OE accounts relationships and establish a reputable GY image towards customers through ethical business support and conduct                                            
  • Providing a business overview for establishing accurate sales planning & S&OP through constant customer communications and market perspectivee                               
  • Ensuring business profitability for every business - Existing and new


Job Requirement: 

  • Bachelor Degree (Master Degree would be preferred)
  • Total of  at least 10 years experience in sales and management level
  • Experience in the Tire / Rubber Industries is preferred
  • Familiar with the OE Automotive industries is preferred
  • Experience in managing projects for OE / Other related Business
  • Able to work under occasional pressure to deliver results 
  • Operation & Management Skill, Communication & Negotiation Skill, Leadership Skill
  • Fair sense of business acumen
