Primary Purpose of the Position: 

You will develop sales strategies, build strong sales team and nurture close working relationship with customers in order to achieve AOP volume and gross margin targets.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. You will drive Growth & Increase Brand Equity

  • Consolidate and executes Sales AOP

  • Regularly track the performance of Sales, gross profit per brand, channel, and customer

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing to provide accurate forecast and ensure adequate supply capability

2. You will oversee distribution growth & channel development

  • Develop the distribution strategy and ensures execution of business targets, monitors distribution, channel penetration and business growth through distribution optimization.

3. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic and tactical sales activities in order to meet market demands. Collaborates and influences Marketing and Pricing to implement and control pricing policy

 

Primary Qualifications:

  • You have Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in business areas such as management/finance/ marketing/human resources/etc. 

  • You have 10 - 15 years experience in sales management with multiple brands and channels. Experience in tire/automotive industry or top tier similar (automotive). Has 5+ years of P+L responsibility. Understand and preferably has experience in B-to-B and B-to-B-to-C environment.    

  • You have strong leadership skills and ability to influence others

  • Yiu are able to work in  a matrix organization with local, regional and external stakeholders

  • You have direct experience managing a P&L

  • You have direct experience in leading large sales team, interacting with other functions

  • You have excellent command of written and spoken English 

  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • You are a good team player with potential to move into bigger roles, with short-term/long-term mobility to be reloated to other countries will be a plus.
