Sales operation
Leads the development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish volume/margin/working capital target.
Develops the dashboard of 4S sales performance and leads the quarterly review of the effectiveness of sales plans.
Leads the cooperation with 4S customers to help our customer win in their market in order to increase our value and business share in their channel
People Management
Lead and develop a high-performance sales team for 4S team
