4S OEM Key Account Manager

Primary Purpose of the Position:

  1. To drive the OEM sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin.
  2. To develop the new business opportunity.
  3. Maintain the good relationship with Key OEM customers.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performance OEM sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

To drive the OEM sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin

  1. To initiate the effective annual business plan for responsible OEMs line to ensure AOP target achievement
  2. To collect the market information/sales data from OEMs to make our offering competitive against main competitors
  3. To set up the new business process/procedure under in new business model(BMW)

 

To develop the new business opportunity such as build a new business models

  1. Non-OE business in non-coverage channel, particularly in Korean, Japanese &Local OEMs
  2. Non-OE SKU expand in the current OEM customer

 

Maintain the good relationship with Key OEM customers

  1. Keep key customer visit frequency to ensure understand the problem and solve the problem in time.
  2. Enhance customer satisfaction rate

 

Lead and develop a high-performance OEM sales team

  1. sales operation: process of customer pitch, including tender management; develops the dashboard of OEM sales performance and leads the quarterly review of the effectiveness of sales plans; leads the cooperation with OEM customers to help our customer win in their market to increase our value and business share in their channel.
  2. coach and support team
  3. manage the business trip plan and control the business cost

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related business
  2. 7+ year working experiences, at least 5 years’ sales experience,2 years people management.
  3. Having the experience of related OEM customer development and retention will be preferred
  4. Tire sales experience will be preferred
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills
  6. Have the ability and experience to build a new business models
  7. Strong ability to motivate team to hit challenging goal
  8. Profound key account management skill
  9. Vehicle and tire technique knowledge;
  10. Channel sales promotion knowledge and channel promotion tools/ways
  11. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
