You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI solutions that optimize operations, improve tire quality, and propel us ahead of the competition.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- You are responsible to identify strategic opportunities for AI implementation across various functions including sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance & HR Management.

- You are request to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI solutions.

- You need to select the most appropriate AI technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning) based on specific business needs, data availability, cost efficiency and related regulations. Solution Development:

- You are responsible to design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model development, training, and deployment.

- You need to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, finance & HR functions) to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.

- You are request to develop and implement strategies for effective communication and training on AI initiatives across the organization. Sustain AI Initatives

- You are responsible to monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making adjustments and optimizations as needed.

- You need to stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends.

- You will continuously seek global approval and alignment for AI use cases.

- You need to ensure solution design and development are following global AI policies.

Job Requirements:

- You got master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- You with 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.

- You are strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

- You experience with various AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- You with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- You with strong communication and collaboration skills.

- You are ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.

- You with experience working in the manufacturing industry (a plus).

- You are experienced with cloud technologies (a plus).

- You have Hands-on Experience in LLM(Large Language Model) and NLP((Natural Language Processing) librairies.

- You are good to have legal domain knowledge or experience.
