AP Operations Finance Manager-Supply chain

Responsibility 

Transportation and warehouse (T&W) cost reporting & analysis

• You will validate T&W costs forecast from the countries and generate consolidated report for the region

• You need to analyze reasons for cost fluctuation and provide feedback and recommendation to FD AP Ops and regional supply chain team for futher action

• You are reaponsible to establish and maintain effective financial forecasting and planning methodology that will apply to all countries

•  You need to identify opportunities for process standardization that will lead to cost saving

• You are request to provide financial analysis on non-routine supply chain initiative projects (e.g. digitialization tools) to support regional supply chain team on decision making

Raw material cost analysis

• You are responsible to analyze and provide financial insights for raw material costs based on internal and external raw material cost trend, provide instructions to countries to inform business decisions on pricing

• You need to screen and collect necessary data to develop and continuously update a dashboard to provide financial analysis and  reporting in order to track savings and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications 

• You with minimum 7 years of progressively Finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or operations finance related areas

• You have working experience in finance business partner with supply chain is a plus and track record of achieving measurable business objectives.

• You have good communication skills, including the ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful plans

• You have change management experience, focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques.

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese (verbal and written),

• You has the personal courage to recommend/make difficult decisions and able to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions.

• You demonstrates ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity and character and a high level of understanding of all key aspects of the business operations.
