AP Paralegal 律师助理

Responsibilities:

- You need to support AP legal matters and handles administrative activities and reporting requirements at the AP regional level. This includes AP contracts preparation, routing and management; streamlining regional legal processes;

- You are also responsible to AP regional administrative support, and AP document management systems relating to contracts, law firm invoices, department record keeping; and interface with Global legal teams on Legal departmental initiatives. 

Qualifications:

- You have 5+ years experience: legal assistant, paralegal, or contract administrator in a legal department in an MNC or at a law firm. 
- You are experience with drafting and managing contracts or legal documents. 
- You are experience with managing legal document database; establishing legal proceses and streamlining workflow preferred
- You are strong in Excel and PowerPoint skills; SharePoint knowledge a plus.

- You with excellent interpersonal & communication skills both in Chinese and English.

- You are fast paced and able to work with quick turn-around.

- You are detail and result oriented, highly organized with excellent follow through on tasks with limited supervision.

- You are demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, solve problems and exercise independent/sound judgment.
