Assistant Finance BP

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Closely working with Consumer replacement online and offline sales orginiztion on daily basis, to provide assistance and advices on finance-related issues, and ensure stewardship in daily operation, including but not limited to:
  • Sales incentive and other spending management
  • Customer account management, including credit and collection management to drive cash flow targets acheivement
  • Other ad hoc requests from sales team and distributor/Service Provider/retailers to ensure smooth and timely solving of problems in operation.
• Support China strategic growth project from finance perspective. Conduct business case study, provide advices and solutions from finance/accounting perspective, while ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis on sales related financial data, including margin and spending related reports, to facilitate financial review and business decisions. Be accountable for overall margin tracking, spending management. And support annual commercial policy review.
• Support monthly financial closing and forecast in relation to sales incentive and AR/collection.
• Other ad hoc work like finance-related training support, Sales team KPI tracking, finance related support to non-sales team, etc. 

Requried Experiences and Skills:

• 4 – 10 years finance and accounting related working experience. Finance Business Partner or FP&A working experience is a plus. Tire, Auto, or consumer goods related industry experience is preferred.
• Willing to get close to business and work cross-function, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Open-minded, good problem-solving and influcing skills
• Solid knowledge in accounting and China VAT policies
• English as working language.
