Compliance & Ethics Lead, Asia Pacific

Responsibilites:

  • You are request to collaborate with internal business partners and outside counsel or advisors to support case management and investigations:
  1. You need to support or conduct investigative steps for certain investigations and/or disclosures
  2. You need to manage case records by opening and closing matters, documenting investigation status updates and other details, and assisting with preparation of trend reports
  • You are responsible to remediation plan management – Track, update, and manage assigned remediation steps resulting from internal investigations and compliance audits.  
  • You need to conduct initial review of inquiries and disclosures made to the Compliance & Ethics Department regarding various topics, including conflicts of interest and giving and receiving gifts & entertainment, analyze each situation under the appropriate policies, provide appropriate guidance and advice and/or assign matters to the appropriate subject matter expert for review. 
  • You are responsible to assist with development of C&E tools and advancements:
  1. You need to assist with developing new tools for C&E processes
  2. You need to conduct research related to compliance, regulatory, and data questions
  • You are request to assist with monitoring of continuous transaction monitoring tools
  1. You need to prepare and collate materials and data to support C&E reporting needs, including preparation of Board materials (e.g., hotline investigation statistics, trends, and dashboard results for presentations to Committees, management, external reports). Provide admin support to the Director AP Compliance & Ethics, including coordinating regular meetings, scheduling, and travel and expense reports.   
  2. You need to work with outside vendors as well as internal stakeholders to drive a global ethics training & education program; support the global C&E team in training initiatives, including by developing and delivering live training on various compliance topics

Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities: 

  • You are experienced in investigations or investigation tasks, such as interviews, document review, and analysis.
  • You are proficient with MS PowerPoint and Excel, Spreadsheets, Tableau and data reporting tools.
  • You with strong project, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to independently handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies where required.
  • You with effective communications skills (written/verbal) - Able to present ideas/information clearly/persuasively to a wide-range of audiences.
  • You have high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are preferre.
