Primary Purpose ofthe Position:

Work with Demand Planning Process Excellence Lead and key business stakeholders to design and deliver customer-centric process and system support for demand planning. Align solutions to AOP, RvsCC, S&OP and S&OE end-to-end business process design.

Be a subject matter expert in demand planning processes and tools and support the user community through best practice sharing, training and knowledge transfer. Ensure process / tool documentation / training guides are up-to-date and available.

Drive & Support the system development. Work closely with Business Process Management, IT and other COEs to integrate demand planning with the full end-to-end solution sets.

Support the user community through the power user group, co-ordinating and prioritising developments (including but not limited to User Acceptance). Aid in change management.

 

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement and share best practices. Ensure One Goodyear Way.

Ensure data & system process are updated and consistent, with formal approval process to all changes to system parameters (following Change Request Management guidelines). Follow Change Management principles.

Work with country, cluster and PBU Demand Planners to ensure that process and system development are consistent and built in accordance with business requirements. Ensure solutions are supported by appropriate tool functionality and report automations, to provide proper value to the business.

Actively promote DP best practise to PBU Planning and Country/Cluster teams, balancing specific market requests vs standardization across the organization.

Give user support via email, phone or on-site presence to solve user problems and assure knowledge transfer. Support DP power users community to develop its knowledge and act as a 1st/2nd level help desk for subjects that the country / cluster / PBU user cannot answer.

Requests and grant users acess to SAP DP via onboarding training & certification process.
