Digital Manufacturing Expert

Primary Purpose of the Position:

1. Implement Digital Technologies: Integrate digital technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning, and advanced analytics into manufacturing processes.
2. Optimize Manufacturing Processes:Use digital tools to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
3. Manage Digital Transformation Projects:Lead or support projects aimed at digitizing various aspects of manufacturing operations.
4. Enhance Data Management and Analysis:Improve the collection, management, and analysis of manufacturing data to drive better decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in engineering related to electronics, operations technology, software development, computer science/engineering, or mechatronics control and automation.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience working including hands-on experience with data connectivity and systems to enable plant visibility and continual optimization in manufacturing operations. Data visualization of using Tableau, Power BI or through programming to achieve data visualization.
3. Experience and demonstrated success in the design and implementation of IT/OT systems in manufacturing operations.
4. Experience in project management skills effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including English.
6. Knowledge in working with PLCs, data acquisition devices, IoT, edge devices, and cloud platform applications.
