Primary Purpose of the Position:
- Implement Digital Technologies: Integrate digital technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning, and advanced analytics into manufacturing processes.
- Optimize Manufacturing Processes:Use digital tools to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
- Manage Digital Transformation Projects:Lead or support projects aimed at digitizing various aspects of manufacturing operations.
- Enhance Data Management and Analysis:Improve the collection, management, and analysis of manufacturing data to drive better decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering related to electronics, operations technology, software development, computer science/engineering, or mechatronics control and automation.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working including hands-on experience with data connectivity and systems to enable plant visibility and continual optimization in manufacturing operations. Data visualization of using Tableau, Power BI or through programming to achieve data visualization.
- Experience and demonstrated success in the design and implementation of IT/OT systems in manufacturing operations.
- Experience in project management skills effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including English.
- Knowledge in working with PLCs, data acquisition devices, IoT, edge devices, and cloud platform applications.
