Digital Marketing Director _ AP

  • The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing digital strategies, tools and processes aligned to the overall APAC brand strategy to guide and equip the clusters/countries with marketing activities to increase brand value, build brand equity and drive long growth. This position will
    • Develop media-buying strategies for related assets and keep refreshing the digital playbooks (social playbook etc.)
    • A gate keeper for centralized supervision of adaptation and execution of regional assets to ensure compliance and consistency
    • Lead the brand websites and social media presence for all brands
    • Put in place relevant KPIs to measure success of digital media, websites and social media
    • Develop tracking system to measure marketing performance of countries and work with countries to continuously optimize the execution
    • Link with other regions to drive synergies and new way of digital deployment / solutions
    • Lead digital transformation for marketing operations

Develop media strategies and playbook

  • Understanding of digital ecosystem of each country to better identify commonalities and differences
  • Define how to measure success of country execution of media buy and share best practices among countries (Paid Media)
  • Put in place relevant KPIs to measure success of digital media, websites and social media
  • Develop tracking system to measure marketing performance of countries and work with countries to continuously optimize the execution
  • Provide guidance to country marketing team to drive optimization of marketing mix for effective exposure to ensure better return on investment
  • Lead digital transformations for marketing operations in terms of providing tools

 

Lead Website and Social Media Presence

  • Lead and drive for brand official website revamp and maintenance, as well as brand / product presence on EC platforms as per brand playbook (Owned media)
  • Lead brand and product presence on EC platforms as per brand playbook (Owned media)

 

 

Executions:
