This position will manage the E-commerce strategic key account and dedicated distributor network and work with E-trade marketing manager to interact and execute the E-commerce offline store management with sustainable growth, the position will focus on the following key objectives:                                                     
-    Create the E-commerce key account business strategy in line with the Goodyear's E-commerce strategy/RTM strategy;

-    Develop and manage the E-commerce strategic key account and ensure the top to top strategic partnership to be built up successfully and get smooth cooperation with;

-    Drive E-commerce O2O project Sales Volume, Market Share, Revenue objectives, and make sure the sell out performance could be convert to sustainble business growth for aligned business and profit target;
