Guide and formulate the planning of monthly and annual promotional activities for e-commerce channels; simultaneously develop and execute promotional strategies to expand the business coverage of E-Commerce channels, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience; collect and analyze information from various E-Commerce platforms regarding strategy, products, and market activities, and regularly provide relevant analysis reports and updates on E-Commerce channels to the company's management.

  • Guide and formulate the planning of monthly and annual promotional activities for E-Commerce channels; collaborate with key account managers to influence the execution and implementation of promotional policies on key customer platforms.
  • By collecting and analyzing product information from e-commerce channels and monitoring the dynamics of potential e-commerce platforms in the automotive aftermarket, explore opportunities for sales growth in the E-Commerce automotive aftermarket, thereby promoting the steady increase of market share and profitability for 18+, EV, SUV, and LUX in e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor and analyze various performance indicators of E-Commerce channels to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures if necessary.
  • Collect information on Goodyear/Cooper products and competing products regarding strategy, products, and market activities on e-commerce platforms, and through effective data analysis, influence the formulation of promotional policies on E-Commerce platforms to align with Goodyear/Cooper's E-Commerce strategy, thereby promoting the increase of Goodyear/Cooper's brand market share and exposure on E-Commerce platforms and achieving mutual goals in sales, market share, and profit.
  • Control the strategic direction of E-Commerce channels, provide guidance, and promptly correct any strategic deviations on E-Commerce platforms.


Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure balanced use of internal resources and promote the synchronized growth of sales and revenue in E-Commerce channels through sustainable growth and long-term cooperation.

  • Organize regular meetings between the E-Commerce and other functional departments based on business needs, including departmental weekly and monthly sales meetings; organize sales review meetings and sales recap meetings with clients.
  • Understand the sales operation model of RTM channels by visiting offline service providers and retail customers to gain a macro understanding of the overall market, thereby identifying business ideas and MIX growth opportunities for the joint growth of online and offline channels.
  • Actively create opportunities to communicate with other functional departments about E-Commerce business development trends, helping other departments understand E-Commerce business trends and achieving cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to analyze the placement strategies of various brands/markets on major E-Commerce platforms, develop targeted market promotion plans, optimize page visuals, and update online product descriptions to expand brand influence, ultimately maximizing the conversion of online traffic and sales.
