Primary Purpose of the Position:

This position will manage the E-commerce strategic key account and work with internal key stakeholders  to interact and execute the E-commerce O2O business with sustainable growth, the position will focus on the following key objectives:                                                     

  • Assist key account sales leader to follow and execute the E-commerce key account business strategy in line with the Goodyear’s E-commerce strategy/RTM strategy.
  • Assist key account sales leader to manage the E-commerce strategic key account and ensure good business partnership to be tier up closely and get smooth cooperation with.
  • Drive E-commerce O2O project Sales Volume, Market Share, Revenue objectives, and make sure the sell-out performance could be convert to sustainable business growth for aligned business and profit target.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Goodyear E-commerce O2O project to drive maximizes volume,  sustained revenue and profit growth in support of Goodyear's overall company goals and strategies.

  • Get alignment on account strategy and product position with Goodyear’s internal and key account
  • Build and execute effective E-commerce O2O project sales plan to achieve responsible account sell out sales target and marker share.
  • Carry out key area visit (40 stores per month), coach and manage tuhu store manager and mechanists, ensure the implementation of Goodyear sell out target and promotional activities, build a solid customer relationship.
  • Initiate promotion plan with E-trade marketing team in E-commerce key account and coordinate cross functionally to execute the plan.

Enhance Goodyear’s market share and visibility in responsible account

  • Assist E-commerce account leader in customer managing, routine duties and the implementation of related projects, including execute work process and work frame design s&op and find solution for work effectiveness and efficiency improvement.
  • Gather and collect valid market information such as offline channel sales data, competitor’s information and industry information etc. Given an analysis weekly report and come out the proposal and action plans.
  • Assist in implementing other functional department activities of Goodyear.

Enhance GY Brand in responsible account

  • Assist E commerce account leader to build up  brand image in O to O channel for dedicated strategic account.
  • Observe and analyze the market competition and come out the proposal to the E-commerce leader and drive the implementation and keep the strong presence and aligned market share of Goodyear in the market.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in major of Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • English fluency - read & write.
  • 3+ years sales related working experience, tire industry background is preferred.
  • Agency management experience desirable.
  • Automotive aftersales, building materials e-commerce experience desirable.
  • Business and market development skills.
  • Analysis/Problem Assessment Securing relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a knowledge base, relating and comparing data from different sources.
  • Having and using knowledge to build a team, incentive and develop skills teammate.
  • Goal orientation, Will work under high pressure.
