Primary Purpose of the Position:

This position will develop and manage the new E-commerce account and dedicated distributor network and work with internal key stakeholders to interact and execute the E-commerce new business sustainable growth like boardcasting E commerce, social E commerce etc., the position will focus on the following key objectives:                                                    

  • Create the E-commerce new account business plan in line with the Goodyear’s E-commerce strategy/RTM strategy.
  • Develop and manage the E-commerce new account and ensure the top to top strategic partnership to be built up successfully and get smooth cooperation with.
  • Drive new E-commerce new accounts sales volume, market share, revenue objectives, and make sure the sell-out performance could be convert to sustainable business growth for aligned business and profit target.



Develop and manage Goodyear new E-commerce business to drive maximizes volume, sustained revenue and profit growth in support of Goodyear's overall company goals and strategies

  • Get alignment on account strategy and product position with Goodyear’s internal and key account.
  • Build and execute effective E-commerce new key account sales plan to achieve responsible account sell out sales target and marker share.
  • Carry out routine sales operation to ensure the implementation of Goodyear sell out target and promotional activities, build a solid customer relationship.
  • Initiate promotion plan with E-trade marketing team in E-commerce key account and coordinate cross functionally to execute the plan.

Enhance Goodyear’s market share and visibility in responsible account

  • Manage the customer relationship, routine duties and the implementation of related projects, including execute work process and work frame design and find solution for work effectiveness and efficiency improvement.
  • Gather and collect valid market information such as offline channel sales data, competitor’s information and industry information etc. to generate proposal and action plans for sell-out.
  • Assist in implementing other functional department activities of Goodyear.

Enhance GY Brand in responsible account

  • Develop online and offline brand and improve brand image.
  • Observe and analyze the market competition and come out the proposal to the E-commerce leader and drive the implementation and keep the strong presence and aligned market share of Goodyear in the market.



  • Bachelor in major of Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • English fluency - read & write.
  • 3+ years sales related working experience, tire industry background is preferred.
  • Be family with E-commerce industry, E-commerce account management and know broadcasting division well is preferred.
  • Key account management experience desirable.
  • Automotive aftersales, building materials e-commerce experience desirable.
  • Business and market development skills.
  • Analysis/Problem Assessment Securing relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a knowledge base, relating and comparing data from different sources.
  • Having and using knowledge to build a team, incentive and develop skills teammate.
  • Goal orientation, Will work under high pressure.
