Responsibilities:

• RTM function development   

Partner with head of strategic program and team to enhance Route-To-Market (RTM) B2B and App functions and expand the reach of Goodyear mobile platform from current Goodyear tire retailers and build a critical mass of 25,000-30,000 retailers transacting directly with Goodyear in the next 5 years. Act as project leader and finance advisor by bringing finance knowledge, experience, initiatives with solid intake process and comprehensive ownership from plan, function development and implementation                        

• Operation process system

• Ensure the operationalization and adoption of newly developed RTM capabilities within China Finance team but not limited to finance including clear roles & responsibilities (RACI), design, communication and implementation across all finance functions and processes. Ensure the cohesive alignment with RTM roadmap and milestones. Act as the liaison between the strategic program team and China finance and Sales team to implement new/update system, tools and processes.

• Finance strategy develop

• Partner with China Finance director in future China finance strategy, working capability and operation processes development and ensure the alignment & synchronization with overall China business strategy. Work as the representative in China RTM business model on service provider financial service capability development and improvement.

• Weekly review

• Support Head of strategic program and join regular reviews for China's Strategic Program reviews with China and APEX SteerCo (AP President, AP CFO, AP Consumer PBU VP, and China MD) to report on progress, escalate issues and decisions in order to advance China's Direct-to-retail business model and other key projects.

• PMO coaching

• Provide project management training and coaching to China Finance team and Sales team to develop project management capability and be the project leader in other strategic programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations or related field.

• More than 10 years’ experience on customer facing finance management, advanced knowledge in finance business partner, controlling ,FP&A, and customer/service provider financial capability development by leveraging 3rd party vendor experience is strongly preferred.

• 5 years management experience in finance team is preferred.

• Experience to set up new process, especially on-line, retail management.

• Familiar with financial internal processes and controlling experience is preferred.

• Financial management system application/development experience especially in SAP.

• Excellent project management skills, PMP certification preferred.

• Open mind and strong willingness/skills to lead changes.
