Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. HR Manager in implement organization structure change and organization effectiveness initiatives. Analyze trends and indicators in partnership with HR SSC and COE to deliver solutions to the business
  • Implement consistent HR policies that support business needs while advocating associate’s best interests. Monitor and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all associates while securing the company’s competitive advantage.
  • Support business in managing, developing and retain talent using Talent management tools including educating business leaders to be familiar with and using the tool.
  • Utilize the talent tools and drive the excellence in execution of talent process, diagnose data with insight, find opportunities for further improvement and coach managers and associates on conversations like objective setting & development check-in conversations, promote the concept of internal talent move.
  • assessment, and talent acquisition, or driving functional capabilities activities to build strong functional skills and talent pipelines.
  • Support Talent Manager in building a learning culture by feeling the organization, identifying the business and talent needs, looking for resources to address the issues and implementing solutions.
  • Equipped with knowledges and external market trend to enhance the holistic thinking on talent management, interact with manager and associates in a high-quality way and support HRD in driving associate engagement activities and build a high performing, inclusive culture for PBUs & Functions
  • Provide counseling and consultation to managers and associates on people & performance related topics.


Education & Certifications

  • A full-time bachelor’ degree will be necessary, prefer master’s degree.


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, and 3 years of experience as HRBP.
  • Able to use English as working language.
  • Understand Employee / Labor Relations and handled related cases before.
  • Successfully balancing multiple priorities within the organization while maintaining employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Understand Talent Management strategy and is familiar to leveraging Talent management tools.
  • Experience with addressing business risks and opportunities effectively and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of the legal and compliance landscape.
