Primary Purpose of the Position

  • To drive the KA sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin.
  • To develop the new KA business opportunity including National chain stores/TOP dealer groups.
  • Maintain a good relationship with KA customers.
  • Following the logistic and pass due.

 

Responsibilities:

To drive the KA sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin

  • To initiate the effective annual business plan for responsible KA line to ensure AOP target achievement.
  • To collect the market information/sales data from KA customers to make our offering competitive against main competitors.
  • Dealer groups visit to collect the competitor information and study dealer group business trends.
  • Sales operation: process of customer pitch, including KEY stores management; develops the dashboard KA customers sales performance and leads the quarterly review of the effectiveness of sales plans; leads the cooperation with KA customers to help sales team win in KEY stores to increase our value and business share.

 

To develop the new business opportunity of TOP dealer groups/fleet business

  • Focus on Nation chain stores/Top dealer groups to expand new business opportunity for 4S&KA department.
  • Explore new business opportunity in TOP dealer groups to assist to develop OEM business.
  • Build tailor-made business cooperation model for each customer to achieve win-win result.
  • Winning national chain stores business to raise penetration and expand GY brand influence in IAM.
  • Develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of key accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.

 

Maintain a good relationship with KA customers

  • Regular key customer visit to under their needs and solve their problems in time.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction rate.

 

Following the logistic and pass due

  • Work with logistic team to offer efficient distribution models to KA customers and make sure the tire is delivered in time.
  • Keep the contact with Finance team to make sure the pass due is well done.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related business.
  • 5+ year working experiences, at least 4 years’ sales experience.
  • Having the experience of related KA customer development and retention will be preferred.
  • Tire sales experience will be preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have the ability and experience to build a new business model.
  • Strong ability to motivate team to hit challenging goal.
  • Profound key account management skill.
  • Vehicle and tire technique knowledge.
  • Channel sales promotion knowledge and channel promotion tools/ways.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
