Logistic Fleet Key Account Manager

Primary Purpose of the Position

  1. Contributes to the success of Logistic Fleet business by implementing & executing selling strategy to achieve business objectives.
  2. Gain more market share through the partnership with the major Fleet customers and meanwhile influence the consuming behavior of individual driver and small size fleet customers.

 

Responsibilities:

New business development

  1. Focus on national and public fleet customer, frequent visit them with highly efficiency and make the breakthrough with 1-2 new customer/month.
  2. Internal communication and get alignment of individually customized business scheme, with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain logistic team etc. to achieve sales target and meet company’s compliance requirements at meanwhile.
  3. Pilot test review of National key account customer.   

 

Tendering/bidding

  1. Communicate and negotiate with the relevant staff of fleet customers, including proactively assesses, clarifies and validates fleet customer needs on an ongoing basis
  2. Collect the market information/sales data to make our offering competitively to against main competitors
  3. Prepare for each bidding for different customer and present with Fleet top management.

 

Account Management

  1. Involves in development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish volume/margin/mix targets.
  2. Cooperate with cross-function team to achieve sales target, improve internal co-working efficiency.
  3. Develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of key accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.

 

Marketing Intelligence

  1. Monitor competitive activities and marketed information at flees level.
  2. Focus on logistic industry trends and share information with internal teams to better support the product research and development.
  3. Working with key accounts to set standards for tire use in the logistics industry.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. At least 8-10 years working experience in business management including team, revenue and margin management
  3. At least 2 years of senior management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver results, lead change and create alignment.
  4. Work experience on key account sales management in B2B/B2C industry is a plus
  5. 8+ years of total work experience is necessary
  6. Project management experience is preferred
  7. Business acumen
  8. Strategic thinking, business modelling and negotiation skills
  9. Ability to handle tough situations creatively and deliver results
  10. Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
