Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Responsible for providing operational excellence in digital marketing. Leverage different digital platforms to develop consumer engagement programs under Marketing strategy to enhance the brand’s performance and segment growth within the marketplace and the general public.

 

Responsibilities:

Website and official social media account maintenance

  • Maintain the company website to provide information and education to visitors that leads to conversion
  • Optimize the user journey in social media via promoting brand and product message in official social media accounts, such as Weibo, Zhihu, TikTok, etc.

Search Engine Marketing and Operation

  • Drive more traffic from search engines to website via smart search engine advertising based on the deep understanding of consumer search behavior and search techniques.
  • Optimize the brand exposure by balancing the search mechanism and all content resource.

Operation on social engagement

  • Supervise agency's operation of word of mouth building in vertical sites and different UGC (user-generated-content) platforms to improve brand exposure and affinity.
  • Develop consumer/customer engagement activities by leveraging the social platforms, such as WeChat and Weibo.

Marketing Campaigns support

  • Support the digital execution of marketing campaigns to help drive overall brand awareness and preference.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree.
  • 4+ years experience in communications.  Agency + in-house background preferred.
  • Operational experience in website management and SEM/SEO.
  • Operational experience of digital campaigns and IWOM building.
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and execution of communications.
  • Good project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Operational experience of SEO/SEM, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
