Primary Purpose of the position:

  1. Enhance the OE Key Account management (e.g. Ford / JMC) in terms of target segment volume and EBIT growth.
  2. Develop the OE key account recruiting (e.g. FCA/Changan auto) in white space.
  3. Lead the business development of OE Key Account to win nomination on new projects that allow the business to grow.
  4. Align and execute the global strategy for international account (i.e. Ford)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Align & Execute the key strategy for OE Key account with the global collaboration
  2. Establish and adjust OE Key Account sales plan and activities for each OEMs' requirements and manage day-to-day activities of AE/Sales operation team to achieve or exceed company AOP related to OE business in key account OEM (i.e. volume/mix /new business acquisition).
  3. Find new potential opportunity to change/optimize business model (customer process, e.g. the old process is one size only nominated to one supplier, change to permit suppliers to provide competitive proposal to same size) to develop new customers/current customers’ new program.
  4. Strengthen the win-win relationship with OE Key Account to seize the beneficial business opportunities via value selling.  
  5. Coordinate related functional department by providing the expertise knowledge and professional OE Key Account business review (bi-weekly).
  6. Enhance the sales forecast accuracy / actively involve the PCP / Collect needed market information in proper way /Key issues addressing in technical and quality

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Familiar with auto industry or OE development
  3. Engineering and product development background
  4. OE Sales experience
  5. Strong engineering background on auto industry and tire development knowledge
  6. Strong sales and communication skills
  7. Strong project management skills
  8. Good planning, interpersonal/communication skills and multi-taker
  9. Influent English skills
