Product Manager_SUV & Sports Segment

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Strategic Marketing Planning (GMPS) for responsible TMS to increase profitability: 16 boxes segmentation, Profit pool, Market Map, product brand health
  • Champion TMS brand/MarCom and Channel Strategy as part of RvsCC and AOP
  • Develop China TMS annual marketing planning for SUV & Sports Segment
  • Guide product portfolio development and set product positioning to enable acquisition in TMS
  • Drive for optimized OE business to create replacement pull by champion OE pull creation in PCP and AOP

Brand/Communication Management

  • Collaborate with communications managers to develop an effective communication program for successful achievement of AOP
  • Develop "requirement" specification for selling tools (including POS) for TMS

 

Delivery of TMS AOP

  • Manage product mix and vitality through positioning and promotion
  • Drive new product sales to achieve overall AOP and vitality target
  • Champion TMS product launch

 

Channel Development

  • Improve Customer Loyalty by CIS action based on learning from annual CSS
  • Analyze and identify priority markets (geography)
  • Identify and develop emerging channel

 

PBU Operations

  • Monthly MOR/S&OP TMS performance review and mitigation planning
  • Support VP in Adhoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business or Marketing   Or equivalent experience
  • 10 + Years of experience with at least 5+ years of marketing related experience
  • P&L experience is a plus
  • Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Annual Marketing Planning
  • Solid product knowledge
