Quality Engineer

- Undertaking data collection, processing and analysis

- Building and developing predictive models to address problems 

- Data driven solutions

- Developing automated systems that help improve processes

- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

- Develop processes and tools to monitor


- Mining and analyzing large amounts of raw information to find/discover patterns that will help improve process/product

- Analyzing trends to make better decisions

- Regularly carry out process audits in order to search for improvement opportunities

- Coordinate performance trials for improvement and problem solving


- Regularly review  Efficency, Solutions, Yield , Balanc & Plant waste , daily , weekly , basis and  co-ordinate and work  with plant teams to resolve and if needed search for help and support to achieved the target goals .

- Coach and train plant teams to use data analytical approach. Assist and coordinate implementation of new initiatives and best practices.

- Carry out additional tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor as required from time to time (various reports, MOR, AOP, etc.)



  • Fluent in English. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Competent in analystical skills, analytical mind.
  • Understand tire building process
  • Competent to be a trainer. Can be persuasive .
  • Skilled in project management and skilled in statistical analysis and methods
  • Statistical skills, programming skills to collect large data sets, critical thinking, problem solving aptitude, presentational skills
  • Instill positive attitudes on peers. Provide constructive feedback. Plan and lead meetings. Give clear and concise technical guidance.  .
  • Actively solicit opportunities for leadership. Cooperate with other teams to meet objectives. Influence others. Drive positive change.  Incorporate lessons learned into effective strategies. Confront and address risk for self/others. Apply global communication skills. Represent Goodyear in outside meetings.  Particpate in mentoring.
