  • Responsible for supporting the customization of corporate category business plans and creating the tactical elements of the customer specific category plans for RTM business units. This includes facilitating yearly business planning and tracking of progress on a quarterly basis as well as being responsible to ensure any updates are incorporate.
  • Provide detailed analysis of the state of the business for the customer, channel and categories,
  • Support the team strategic planning process by providing the needed information and insights
  • Cooperate with internal departments and external business partners on data exchange, support the preparation and updating of weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Manage mid-term and long-term strategic projects for the company, participate in project implementation, and propose improvements
  • Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance
  • Support RTM Leader in strategic business planning & development.
  • Track post-promotional analysis to assess program performance and promotional effectiveness/efficiency/opportunities/gaps and customer results.
  • Arranging routine meeting, responsible for taking meeting minutes, and follow-ups after the meeting



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in BA/Finance/Economics;
  • 3 years' experience within a business environment.
  • Experience identifying problems, trends and strategic opportunities using data analysis and then formulating, recommending and presenting appropriate actions to management.
  • Ability to be led on problem solving and provide insights to various levels of the organization.
  • Deep dive data mining and analysis for industry and competitor intelligence
  • Digital technology such as Tableau and Python Experience preferred.
  • Business acumen for Business analytics, leveraging available business/customer information. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and spoken English, as well as good skill on MS Office and other tools for daily management of business development
