Sales Operation Specialist

Location: CN - Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up 4S sales orders from sales: Including the system to create orders, order communication & releasing & invoicing, delete order application, rebate, information maintenance, etc.;
• Responsible for the management of customer: New customer/Customer maintenance.
• Collect and validate data, prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales analysis report for business planning and KPI tracking.
• Communicate with supply chain, finance, legal department and other functional departments to assist in a smooth company internal process.
• Other work assigned by sales operation supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-3 years experiences in data analysis/operation department
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong ability of organization and execution, good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, full of sense of responsibility
