Senior Manager Logistics Digital Transformation, APAC

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement overall digital transformation roadmap for logistics & customer supply chain and establish policies, procedures, performance expectations and metrics to ensure reliability, speed, convenience, and best perceived value to the customer & cost.

2. Transfer new business requests and design the supply chain delivery solution for RTM, B2B  & E-Commerce emerging business to ensure effective porudct & service flow including network planning and delivery model to getting competitive advantage.

3. Define and drive success pillars for digital transformation in Logistics & Customer Supply Chain.  Align logistiscs & customer service strategy and future digital solutions to deliver superior customer service at a high level of efficiency.

4. Acts as a logistics & customer supply chain resource to other supply chain digital transformation projects to ensure right connectivity between logistics & customer service.

 

Experiences Required:

1. 10+ years’ experience in supply chain related functions (required), preferably within a retailer or manufacturer

2. Thorough knowledge of Planning, Logistics and the order to cash process, related transactions, policies, guidelines and performance measures

3. Complete understanding of order management processes and associates performance metrics

4. Multi-unit experience in Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

5. Experience with S&OP process

6. Leadership of complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, successful execution, and presenting results (required)

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

1. Strong Subject Matter Expertise: IT Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales & Marketing

2. Strong Business Acumen: Strong analytic and planning skills with ability to develop and report performance metrics. Strong numerical skills and business judgment.

3. Demonstrated team Leadership: Build strong teamwork within and across organization. Exert a “take-charge” ability tempered with willingness to delegate and empower as appropriate.

4. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication: Build strong relationships with the senior leaders of the organization and external suppliers.

5. Strong Strategic Thinking: Align business and order management strategies, identify and apply best practices, solve complex problems under time pressure, take appropriate risks

6. SAP, TMS, WMS & Planning tool experience must to have
