Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities


  • Handle end to end recruitment using various methodologies and channels
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, In country HR representatives and COE and/or with other HR colleagues to gain better understanding or resource planning process and talent acquisition demands
  • Conducts talent pipelining activities based on organization’s requirements
  • Ensure continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demands
  • Utilizes effective and efficient sourcing channels, media platforms and other branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment and sourcing requirements
  • Post and advertise job descriptions using appropriate methodologies, review and validate contents to ensure candidate advertisement that is aligned with Goodyear’s policy and guidelines
  • Be the first point of contact of candidates, either passive or active, through delivering exceptional care and ensure that the candidates are effectively pre-screened using various screening methodologies, before endorsement and continuity on the recruitment process
  • Assess candidates for employing behavioral-based assessments using Goodyear competency model and other recruitment assessment methodologies aligned to Goodyear’s process and screening requirements of hiring managers
  • Facilitate all recruitment logistics preparation and requirements in partnership In Country HR representatives/ COEs, HR Business Partners, with interviewers, hiring managers and candidates
  • Participate and support in any recruitment events (college recruitment, mass hiring recruitments, etc) and help set-up
  • Create and submit reportorial requirements based on recruitment status, sourcing effectiveness and other reports committed and required by the hiring organization, recommend and suggest solutions and other activities to resolve issues


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, Engineering background is an edge
  • 4 years of  total working experience with 2-3 years in-depth exposure in end to end recruitment such as sourcing, employer branding, interviewing,  selection process, offer analysis and offer negotiation
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills are required, preferably in a multinational working environment 
  • Proven experience in recruiting R&D (Research and Development), Product Development  , and Manufacturing Engineering roles
  • Familiar and working knowledge in different applicant tracking systems and tools
  • Knowledgeable  in candidate search engine systems or any sourcing tools and utilization of other sourcing channels such as campus hiring, referral program and job fairs
  • Excellent English and Chinese  communication skills both oral and written
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications and reporting
  • Ability to communicate with  various levels in the organization
