Supply Planner

Main responsiblities:

• Manage monthly supply S&OE and S&OP process, work with production to validate plant capacity and constrain, work out reasonable PSI scenarios, better support MRT local and export business.
• RDC inventory management and deployment, weekly/monthly review the RDC SKU list and inventory level, generate the replenishment plan to guarantee the reasonable RDC inventory level to improve service level.
• Support export business, to generate export loading plan based on current month TKT. Communicate with import country about the order fulfillment and delivery plan, create SAP SO for out of AP country.
• Tire label supply planning and inventory management, create PO and communicate with label vendor, to support MRT order delivery.
• Flap and Tube supply planning and invenoty management, create PO and communicate with vendor.
• Yanchang sourcing SKU supply management.
• GRT outside mixing order management.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report update.

Required experiences/skills:

• 2-3 years working experience on continuous improvement within sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management or operations planning.
• Advanced in Excel and other Microsoft Office softwares.
• Analytical skills and ability to communicate to all levels recommendations and conclusions.
• Good scenario modelling and mathematical skills complimented with strong problem solving ability.
• Self- motivated and independently seek to improve business process.
• Team player who can work with other functions.
