Job Responsibilities:


Integrated PDP & Succession Management Strategy

  • Develop & execute an integrated PDP & Succession Management strategy for AP Operations & Technology that meets business objectives & aligns with the growth strategy i.e. work closely with HRD and HRBPs to inform how process needs to be adopted to achieve key business metrics. Leverage Talent Analytics to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
  • Devise a comms, change management & capability plan to upskill HR to support capability building for Managers & Associates in PDP/Talent Planning Process
  • Achieve execution excellence in deployment of Succession Planning process across AP Operations & Technology business that is aligned with global succession process.
  • Build a culture of “talking talent” throughout AP Operations & Technology resulting in strong & diverse leadership pipeline and by being an agent of change
  • Actively promote in-depth talent discussions, action planning to develop successors for all identified "Critical roles" through differentiated IDP development
  • Consult on relevant talent assessment tools

 

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Achieve execution excellence in deployment of leadership development strategy for AP Operations & Technology
  • Devise a comms, change management & capability plan for AP Operations & Technology
  • Prepare and drive deployment of annual learning calendar (leveraging GCD) for AP Operations & Technology, in alignment with AP Regional/Global
  • Drive usage & adoption of GY competencies, leadership programs & learning platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders to build & sustain a culture of continuous learning through innovative solutions 
  • Build a strategy to enhance and improve functional competency adoption and usage across AP.
  • Monitor progress of global programs such as PMDP, GMLP and GMDP. Partner with global teams to facilitate and inform the curriculum.

 

Organization Development

  • Partner with HRD AP Operations & Technology and the respective HR teams to shape culture, enable associate engagement, and improve individual and organizational performance by leveraging data from exit surveys, attrition and pulse surveys
  • Design specific interventions to drive strategic business needs
  • Act as a change management consultant & advisor to HR function & business leaders

 

Continuous Improvement/Global Partnership

  • Build an "HR Brand" for talent management so that all associates are aware of and fully benefiting from available development tools and processes
  • Closely work with Global Leadership Development COE to represent the region’s feedback on a regular basis. Participate in building, designing and/or deploying new programs & processes across AP.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, education, or marketing
  • At least 10 years of human resources experience, with at least 5 years focusing on talent management with a heavy emphasis in the areas of PDP, Succession Planning, Engagement, Leadership Development & Training & Org. Development & Effectiveness.
  • Must have talent management experience at all levels of the organization from executive leaders to hourly manufacturing associates.  
  • Exposure to industrial, consumer and/or customer-centric business is ideal, particularly those with a reputation for effective talent management processes. Experience is a matrix environment is critical.
  • Proven success in high-performing, relationship-driven cultures.
  • Additional experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
