Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

Assist OM to set up standard service process to standardize supplier’s services.
Check our supplier practice or activities regularly based on SOP.
Follow up procurement policy and manage renewal of Shanghai office supplier contract and PO.
Manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers to ensure receiving satisfactory standards of service.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
