Business Support Executive (OE & EM)

Job Responsibilities:


Export-B Emerging Markets (ri Lanka, Bangladesh, New Caledonia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar)

  • Consolidate monthly orders for alignment with demand planner, process all ad hoc orders such as but not limited to: AL, PIPO, price approval, etc.
  • Sort allocation (by SKU, GM, distributor) based on monthly supply confirmation
  • Maintain customer order forms and updates stakeholders, update customers on allocation, liaise with shared services the issuance of STO/PO, update pricing manager for price maintenance, update sales coordinator for sales order creation and proforma invoice issuance
  • Maintain master order from: PIPO, new SKUs, etc.
  • Follow up on AL approvals, material extension, vprice maintenance requests
  • Address customer’s request on orders, backorder status, shipping requests, etc.
  • Claims processing: work with the stakeholders to validate and process claims/reimbursements (short/wrong shipment, aged tires, tyre quality issues, etc. – and update claim tracker

OE Korea

  • Prepare quotations and GM analysis
  • Process customer Pos, maintain order forms, liaise with relevant functions for order processing
  • Follow up AL approvals, material extension, vprice maintenance request

General Business Support

  • Assist in product portfolio (16 Box) management to ensure the "right" or optimum product portfolio is maintained
  • Liaise with distributor to ensure timely promotional support is provided to protect and drive sales and market share
  • Liaison for regional initiatives e.g. Product Definition Project, SKU rationalization, PCP Processes, etc.
  • Timely submission of information and reports for monthly meetings




  • At least 2 years of experience is sales/marketing operations/support
  • Has good analytical and communication skills - able to analyze raw data and derive useful information for use in reporting and decision making
  • Well verse with computer skills for common desktop applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must have initiative and be able to hand confidential matters with utmost discretion
  • Interact well with all layers in the organization is essential
  • Must be approachable maintain good working relationship with all associates
