Head of Supply Planning

Job  Responsibilities :

•  Define production, imports/ exports, and finished goods  requirements for the S&OP & S&OE horizon for all ASEAN countries
• Responsabile for inventory planning and aligment to the service level defined by country PBU manager. Shared responsibility with cluster  SC Director  to deliver on inventory targets
• Responsible  for cordinating launches of  new product introductions , as per aligned SOP dates , in terms of readiness to supply as per sales commitments
• Responsible for OE supply planning across Asean. Works closely with OE teams at country and region level during the PCP process
• Collaborate with all stake holders within the cluster and across geopgtraphies and the Regional S&OP and R vs CC teams ,  to ensure Cluster & PBU goals and objectives are protected - capacity utilization , EBIT , Cash and customer service objectives 

Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Statistical Analysis, Engineering or any related field
• 10-15  years of supply chain planning experience in Goodyear or other industry in functions such as demand management, product sourcing, business analysis, mfg production supply, raw material planning or other related discipline
• Excellent hands on product supply planning experience in a multiple plant manufacturing environemen
• Good working knowledge of SOP Class A processes 
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Understanding of IT infrastructure issues for region wide supply planning
