Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and execute sales programs to ensure 100% compliance to the attainment of AOP per account/territory focused on sell-in, sell-through, and, a sell-out to different channels (distribution, retail, fleet, and sub-dealers).
  • Builds a sustainable profitable partnership with customers (retailers and distributors), and acts as the business consultant in building the Goodyear business to achieve win-win results. Also, manages the key stakeholders from senior management, external and internal partners 
  • End-to-End Account Management: Ensure a correct mix of products across the sub-dealer base, managed trading terms, and sustained collections throughout its operations, ultimately driving profitability for both GY and Distributors. Implement and Ensure 100% compliance with coverage plans and reporting guidelines including coverage of sub-dealer accounts in the assigned territory
  • Ensure 100% monitoring of all competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales and as well as ensure that all consumer feedback is attended to (performance feedback, adjustment claims, etc). Collect market back pricing regularly and align actions with Pricing & Product Manager
  • Ensures there is consistent strategy alignment with Branded Retail Programs. Works with Branded Retail and other Sales & Marketing counterparts to deploy best business practices and integrate within Key Account Plans
  • Builds organization capabilities in sales and marketing; attracts, trains, develops, motivates, and engages the people in his team; ensures succession pipeline in his organization and promotes cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and synergy within his organization


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • At least 7 years plus years of sales and marketing operations experience with P&L 
  • Experience in a world-class tire or consumer company renowned for go-to-market strategy, strong retail and channel distribution management, aggressive growth orientation, and product leadership (2-3 direct reports)
  • Has experience in both B to B and B to C environment
  • Knowledge of market back pricing concepts/strategy
  • Strong communication skills
