Sales Operations Manager, ASEAN

Job Responsibilities: 


Lead action plans, initiatives and KPIs. The KPI are monthly sales target by channel and other short-term actions to deliver immediate volume. Ensure deliver the S&OP demand by mix and channel.

  • Manages S&OP thru coordinating closely with other functions and internal stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy and predictability against bookings targets on monthly basis.
  • Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.


Direct engagement with Sales Director, Marketing Director, Supply Chain Director and Finance Director to deliver a synchronized, coordinated and non-bias response allowing active engagement with the market through the sales organisation. Ensure insights generated are shared with the proper stakeholders and actioned.

  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the yearly sales’ plan and target.
  • Establish effective partnerships with peers across the business


Monitoring daily sales results, S&OP forecast, GfK trend data, listening to the market through market visits and full co-ordination of sales team information sessions and feedback back session through Weekly Operating Review of sales.

  • Drive and improve all analytics related to revenue generation, margin, sales performance and sales productivity, by region, by product, by market segment, etc. Serve as "center of excellence" for all key sales, contribution margin, discounting practices and related metrics and analytics - supporting sales and BUs product teams.
  • Conduct analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions
  • Presents data analysis to leadership team that supports recommendations that will achieve the sales business goals.


Analyze channel sell through and promotion effectiveness and implement improvement plans and develop best practice to maximize future ROI as well as identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business support in addition to recurring accountabilities.


Oversee sales-related training and capabilities improvement to help field sales in further promoting Goodyear brand, products, and services

  • Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
  • Provide input to leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or Marketing Diploma or equivalent degree 
  • Highly conscious of process application and operations with 8 years of experience or more in sales and marketing operations and 3 years in mid-management level
  • Solid knowledge on business management, financial acumen, business processes and operation.
  • Strong skills on communications both writing and speaking (in English, other additional languages are optional but not require)
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic sales planning skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills on excel applications are required.
  • Ability to work under-pressure and in a multi-tasking condition with limited resources
