Job Responsibilities:


  • Work with Supply Planning Process Excellence Lead and key business stakeholders to design, deliver standardized and customer-centric processes to streamline, standardize and optimize inventory
  • Process and System (as a Super User) support for the Supply Planning community to drive process enhancement and drive an efficient process across the RvsCC (Requirement vs Capacity/Capability), S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) planning horizons
  • Be a subject matter expert in demand planning processes, tools and support the user community through best practice sharing, training and knowledge transfer
  • Drive and support the system development with Business Process Management, IT and other COEs (Center of Excellence) to integrate demand planning with the full end-to-end solution sets
  • Be part of the project team to design and deliver strategic Supply Planning projects


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in Supply Chain with focus on Supply Planning, RCCP and Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling
  • Ideally should have a mix of Supply Chain Advisory roles and Operational roles (Supply Planning)
  • Experienced in a Regional role on a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
  • Should have background in SAP APO/ SNP either in a Project role or as an end-user
  • Experienced in RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), Data Analytics would be highly desirable
  • Good business knowledge and ability to show linkage between process and system functionality
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and express new concepts clearly
