Job Responsibilities
 
  • This role is open to all ASEAN countries - Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam etc.
  • Develop & lead the execution of a talent management strategy that supports Goodyear ASEAN overall business objectives and growth strategy.  This will include deployment of competencies, leadership models and development programs.
  • Manage an integrated Succession Planning process across all ASEAN businesses and functions that is connected to the global succession process, with in-depth discussions and action plans to develop successors for all identified "Critical roles".
  • Develop an ASEAN wide talent pool that can be allocated among all business units and functions as needs arise.  This will include providing feedback on assessment tools and assistance with IDP development.
  • Prepare and drive the annual "Associate Learning Week" for ASEAN, in alignment with AP Regional/Global. Come up with new ideas to drive participation and ensure a successful outcome
  • Partner with HRD ASEAN & Country Leadership Teams to shape culture, enable associates engagement, and improve individual and organizational performance by leveraging data from exit surveys, attrition and pulse surveys.
  • Build an "HR Brand" for talent management so that all associates are aware of and fully benefiting from available development tools and processes.

Job Requirements
 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, education or marketing. Specialist PMO qualifications is a plus
  • At least 5 years focusing on talent management with a heavy emphasis in the areas of leadership development, training, engagement and organization development.
  • Talent management experience at all levels of the organization from executive leaders to hourly manufacturing associates is a plus
  • Proven success in high-performing, relationship-driven cultures
  • Additional experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus
  • Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written in English
