Goodyear is looking for a Fleet Front office/TruckForce Agent!

As our Fleet Front Office/TruckForce Agent, you will:

Be very important to us! Your key responsibilities are to provide effective fleet customer and FOS (Fleet Online Solution) vendor support with regard to total partner satisfaction and smooth operation of FOS processes. You will be driving the Helpdesk process including handling of possible disputes, prioritizing queries and ensuring timely back-office support. Furthermore, you will be working closely together with the sales team to provide system and administrative support and you will also be supporting sales with customer calls, customer visits and provide advice for existing and new contracts.

In this role, you will also be a part of Goodyears Nordic TruckForce team, which is Goodyears dedicated Service Network. Your will take a crucial part to actively support the expansion and development of the network as well as enhancing the service level to, and by, our members. Your responsibility will be to act as the touchpoint to customers and sales regarding the TruckForce network and handle the administration that is connected to it.    


This is a fixed-term employment for two years, with start as soon as possible.  


Who are we looking for?

You will need to have minimum 3 years of business experience preferably in Sales / Customer service. It´s desirable to have working experience in sales call centers and/or tire business and it´s preferable to have an interest in tire technology and transportation business. You need to have the ability to work in a team and the agility to deal with changing environment and customer requests. In addition to this, we also see that you have experience from the retail industry.


What else?

The right one for this position needs to have a commercial attitude, the ability to take initiative, to manage internal processes and you are flexible for occasional customer visits. Good computer skills are a must, especially in SAP and MS Office. Furthermore, you are fluent in English and enabling strong communications skills, both verbal and written. If you also speak Finnish that´s a plus. 


In this role, you report directly to Goodyear's Manager for Fleet Front & Back office and have a dotted line to our Operations Manager Fleet Nordic. You will be a part of the Nordic Commercial team and will be a valued colleague at the Nordic HQ. We offer you to join our One Team - together we deliver results and energize the team!
