Sales Manager, Fleet Mobility - Nordics

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
    • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the KAM team, and monitor progress regularly.

 

 Strategic Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Fleet Mobility sector in the Nordic markets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of new fleet customers.

 

 Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

 Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
    • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

 

 Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure adherence to corporate policies and objectives.

 

To join our team, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (i.e. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish). Proficency in other Nordic languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region as needed - driving licence required.
