Supply Planning Manager Consumer Kunshan

Responsibilities:

• Support Kunshan plant work center planning process . Ensure that appropriate processes are followed , relevant data and facts are brought to the table to make  business choices and decisions using the S&OP forums.                 
• Run RCCP tool to assess supply scenarios, define production ticket for all planning horizons for the Kunshan plant. Accountable to ensure master production schedule by SKU prior kicking off the ticket plan collaborating with manufactyuring and handoff the aligned ticket plan to RM Planner. Accoutable and responsible for mold plot at weekly and daily basis for S&OE horizon collabrating with operational team.
• Responsible for coordination with AP Operations team in assessing plant capacity and capability, and assoicated master data realignment prior to generating a doable plan. Responsible for absolute stock adherence - planning for the right tires , collaborating with Manufacturing and QTech organiztaion to protect service levels.                    
• Coordinates the introduction of new products in terms of readiness to supply as per sales commitments, also ensuring incorporation of PIPO requirements. 
• Responsible for all master data in SAP and SNP, and completion of all activities in SNP as per timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher level degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related degree
2. 5~8 years experience in Supply Chain, leading S&OP Process in demand and supply planning / inventory planning

3. Equipped with necessary analytical knowledge and skills to drive master production plan.

4. Knowledge in supply chain systems, SAP APO DP, SAP APO SNP, Excel, Powerpoint.

5. Good understanding of supply chain processes and practices.

6. Knowledge and expertise in business statistics preferred but not mandatory

7. Sufficient English skills in business communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is mandatory .
