China Program Manager

Location: CN - Kunshan

Responsibilities:

• You are the primary owner of major projects in China.
• You are responsible for project planning, execution, cost/schedule control, project deliverables, risk/issue management
• You are the leader of muti-functional project team
• You are also the leader of project communication
• You are responsible to manage internal & external stakeholder 
• You are request to manage PMO gate process, AOP plan, budget reports

Qualifications:

• You recieved a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical science, or a related field. PMP certification is desired.
• You with more then 10 years working experience, including 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment & process, 3+ years of project management.
• You with the leadership and coaching skills. 
• You are expected with problem solving and analytical skill.
• You are good at communication skills (written and oral) in English.
• You with manufacturing IE knowledge is preferred.
