HR Business Partner

This position is a combination of business partner and talent acquisition role, and will partner with HR Manager, AP Technology and Quality to provide business partner and TA support to mapped client groups.

As HRBP, this position is the main 'go to person' for bussines leaders' concerns and act as 'window' for all HR related topics, leverages COE's and SSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and complete associate lifecycle. This position will supply the group with guidance and recommendations concerning recruitment, talent management, performance management, talent development, change management, employee relations and other key HR activites. He/she will also lead/participates in projects and activities in accordance with the needs of the business in different areas to maximize efficiency and productivity.

As recruiter, this positoin is responsible for developing and driving talent acquisition (TA) initiatives for technology and ops role rolling up directly through Global Operations and Technology. This position is adept at sourcing and engaging diverse talent pipelines and executing the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with the business and global technology/AP recruiting teams.
