Responsibilites:

1.  熟悉了解工厂工艺流程及部门职能和运作。You familiarize and understand the factory's process flow, departmental functions, and operations.
2. 胜任IE基础数据的收集整理及分析工作，包括但不限于CT, OEE, OPAH数据。You are capable of collecting, organizing, and analyzing basic data of IE related, including but not limited to CT, OEE, OPAH data.
3. 独立完成相关报表整理与更新，ForMes/SAP系统数据维护。You independently complete the collation and updating of relevant reports and maintain data in the ForMes/SAP system.
4. 协助IE工程师开展IE各项工作，包括产能分析、人力工时评估、工厂布局、绩效核算、项目推进、跨部门的沟通协调。You need to assist IE engineers in carrying out various IE tasks, including capacity analysis, Labor and working hours evaluation, plant layout, incentive payment calculation, project promotion, and cross departmental communication and coordination.
5. 致力于对现有生产要素、流程及系统基于IE手法、精益思维进行设计、分析、评价及优化。You are committed to designing, analyzing, assessing, and optimizing existing production factors, processes, and systems based on IE and Lean sense.
6. 完成上级主管及领导交代的其他事项。You need to take other tasks assigned by superior and leaders.

Requirements:

1. 你是工业工程专业大三或大四学生（全日制本科），对制造行业有初步了解。You are undergraduate majoring in IE, with preliminary knowledge in the manufacturing industry. 
2. 你每周可实习至少3天。You at least can work 3 days a week.
3. 你能熟练使用Office, Auto CAD软件。 You are proficient in Office and Auto CAD software.
4. 你对数据敏感，熟悉Excel函数且能有逻辑的分析和展现数据. You are skill in Excel data processing and excellent skills in logical analysis.
5. 你有良好团队协助能力及沟通协调能力。 You have good teamwork and communication coordination skills.
6. 你有良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先。You with good English reading and writing skills, fluent spoken English is preferred.
