Responsibilities:
• You need to manage plant capacity, complexity and do RvsC analysis in monthly, yearly and 3-years horizon, work out mitigation plan if there is risk.
• You are responsible to drive constrained process de-bottleneck by OEE improvement to increase plant capacity
• You are request to manage plant hourly Headcount, give proposal for hiring plan and facilitate HC saving for labor cost reduction
• You need to perform flow diagnosis and conduct material flow and process optimization in shopfloor
• You are responsible to lead plant expansion and new project plan and implement tasks related IE part: Lead plant layout, flow design...
• You need to cooperate with FI pillar to drive continue improvement on productivity OPAH by Zero Loss foundation methodology and supported by Plant Optimization
• You are responsible to facilitate the progress improvement approach and ensuring the effective implementation of improvement tools and methods.
• You need to coach and develop the skills & motivation of IE team and improve IE team contribution to plant KPI results
Qualifications:
• You got the Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, or other engineering ir other automation related field.
• You with Strong Analytical(data analysis and influence) and problem- solving skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English.
• You with minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment. OEM preferred.
• You with Knowledge in Operational Excellence, Plant Optimization and Zero Loss.
• You have ability to use appropriate computer-based technology.
• You are a Quick-learner
• You are a team leader, you are ability to lead and coach the team to take chanllenges and overcome complex situations.
